The following is purely coincidence:

Check the license plate.

Seems reminiscent of the classic sci-fi movie titled "THX 1138".

The summary of the movie begins thusly - "In the future, sexual intercourse and reproduction are prohibited, whereas use of mind-altering drugs is mandatory to enforce compliance among the citizens..."

Kinda funny.

Interesting. Also (and I don't know if this is 'normal'), the numbers are taller than the letters. Is the license photo-shopped?

Just looked it up...

On a PA plate, the 'dash' is actually a small 'keystone' which is shifted a bit toward the letters (not centered between the letters and numbers). Numbers should be bigger than letters.
