A number of our modern day prophets have said this. Others on here have named some of them. I don't think anyone is saying that POTUS is some kind of god. Being anointed indicates that he's been chosen for some job in God's plan--as we all may be in different capacities. Would you rather he be chosen by man instead of God?
I think we should be careful declaring Trump as anointed. We don't actually know that.
