Where in that link does it mention the IRS?
It doesn't.
I was just making a point that the IRS is now armed, and used as an army, so designating them as such would stymie the IRS in seizing 'evidence' including taxes.
The bill is about posse comitatus with a provision that includes the gathering of 'evidence' by armed forces.
Sorry about the confusion, i was getting ahead and showing cause for pause.
You know what I was thinking though ... that act expressly mentions the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine and Space Force. What about these other military forces, like the White House Military Office we learned about this week? or Capitol police? or other military type organizations?
Ah, OK, just making sure I wasn't missing something.
