Where is the evidence of "higher IQ"? That's a claim the jews always make with absolutely nothing to back it up except "nObEl pRiZeS". You think a literal prize is some sort of objective metric? I guess Obama, who changed the definition of "enemy combative" to be any 12 year old who was under the bombs he dropped, really deserved that peace prize because he was Peaceful and not at all a racket.

Common sense: If they averaged higher IQs they would not be self-immolating for thousands of years.
Some intelligence can be used for evil. Example would be Fidel Castro. He was a lawyer, very smart guy but used his intelligence for evil.
