While the possibilities that humanity had contact with one or more alien races which lead to the mythologies and religions of the world is quite plausible, I find the Saturnian theory very much like flat earth theory - something to throw us off of the real story. Would love to know your best sources on this theory. Last time I went into this rabbit hole, I didnt find anything compelling.
