That video just looks like cars leaving after a football game at any big stadium.

Or, people moving away from an incoming tornado.

Or, people enroute to a Trump rally.

Or, a buildup of cars when a street's been closed.

No identifiable landmarks, no way to verify that her statement has any merit!
