murder rate isn't a function of democrat rule.

peep the north eastern states. ruled by democrats for decades, among the lowest murder rates in the country

perhaps murder rate is a function of something else?

its unfortunate that people still adhere to the left/right political paradigm. reps and dems play for the same team. its all an illusion.
