They are also lied to by literally the government agencies, their doctors, hospital systems, and the media.
They absolutely should be able to sue.
Holding a gun to your head and threatening to pull the trigger unless you shoot yourself in the foot is still holding a gun to your head and threatening to pull the trigger, even if you shot yourself in the foot to stop it.
To me, the government is the enemy by default so whenever they push anything it's a huge red flag. Also, noone on this planet gives a fuck about my health other than myself, family, maybe a couple of friends. So naturally anyone else pretending to do that is lying. In conclusion it was obvious to me the vaccines were a scam before they even came out so I didn't take them.
Having said that, I also understand most people don't think like that. Most people have a hard time with their lives and are barely struggling to get by day to day, they live paycheck to paycheck, they have shitty bosses, they have to take care of a family etc. They haven't had time to do research, they have been told to be patriots, they have been brainwashed into thinking the government is a benevolent group of people dedicating their lives for the good of others, they have been told doctors are saints and saviors working tirelessly to heal the sick etc. etc. So when they heard all these people telling them the vaccine was a miracle and that it will solve the entire 'pandemic' over night they took it.
Now, some of them were red pilled hard and realized a bit more how bad things actually are. The fact that they think they have a chance of winning a lawsuit is childish, there's no money in the world to pay each of them even more that maybe a few thousand $ but I definitely think they should be allowed to do it and in doing so maybe bring down the whole corruption systems image a bit.
They were not given informed consent.
