That's a big leap, good info in the article about just how powerful the presidency has become in regards to different EO's and COG, but that last statement about how they've concluded that Trump took away the power of the "president king" is a leap.

I'm not saying they're wrong, but "they haven't arrested Trump" isn't enough evidence to say that Trump gutted the powers of the presidency.
