Absolutely. I commend the guy for what he is doing. I do not agree with the rules we have, but right now, we have them. Yes there are less rules for private transactions, but that word "selling" is what is causing the issue. Anything being sold kicks in these rules. Again, I don't agree with it. It needs changed for sure.
