At what point do you go from being a "small Amish farmer" to being a large commercial entity that should adhere to the same consumer demanded accountability as the rest of the small-to-medium sized commercial farms in the country. This operation has over 4000 customers from restaurants to private chefs and other high-end clientele. I'm all for backing the little guy getting trampled... but this is no little guy and somewhere before getting up to the size they are they would have been required to start following the rules. At some point the left is going to report on this from the "consumer protection" angle and I think they have quite a lot to stand on with that.
