I got it in Mar 2020 and it hit me really bad. My lungs were damaged for 6 months.

I've been in very good health most of the time ever since, apart from a recurrence when my wife got the vax, which could have been down to shedding.

I have been really looking after my health though. better diet, vitamins and minerals. This could be why my health is better since the 'rona.
