It's happening here in South Dakota, legal or not. The counties, ALL of them, have not and will not turn over the information. Lawsuits have been filed, but of course, the court systems are not putting out hearing dates (Minnehaha is supposed to be up first) yet because you know DAMN well they are waiting until AFTER 3 SEPT! There is NO fucking justice system in America any longer, hasn't been for a while.

It's JUST US against them.
