I read a post last night that mentioned a website that helps format FOIA requests…and I can’t find it now. Help, please?

No, this was something entirely different. I’ve submitted the one from Frankspeech. No response. Now I’d like to do a FOIA request for all communications between our County Clerk, the Wisconsin Elections Commission and The Wisconsin Counties Association.
