Pretty sure I’ve read a stat before that lesbian relationships have the highest rate of domestic violence, with gay relationships having the lowest rate (normal relationships fall somewhere in between). Not an endorsement of homosexuality in the slightest, but it destroys the narrative that men exclusively engage in violent behavior.
And that’s not including all the times straight men are struck by their wives and don’t report it out of shame. Definitely skews the stats in that department.
How many of those cases of female domestic violence have you heard of a woman beating someone to death? I'm not saying women aren't violent or that they can't be, but in terms of physical strength and ability, a man could easily kill someone with their bare hands. I grew up with brothers and sisters, and I can definitely confirm that I was hurt physically more frequently from my sister then my brothers. However, when my brothers did hurt me, I was significantly more hurt then when it was my sister.
Men are physically stronger then women and shouldn't be put in a female prison, just because they "feel" like a woman. That was my overall point, and I made myself very clear in the comment you're replying to.
