Well, this opens some possibilities. If the wetback lawyer is opposing counsel, you could make a complaint to the FBI agent in charge that the wetback lawyer is illegal. When the FBI agent fails to do anything after a reasonable amount of time, you can make a complaint against him for shielding from prosecution.
