The FBI is Not a thing, it is a large group of Men (and women) that Take a OATH to defend the Constitution, OUR LAWS. Someone, obviously MANY are breaking that oath (Treason) every time they Tell another agent to Break the Law. These people have Names and can not hide behind the 'FBI'. IT seems that the Matt Damon series BOURNE is the exact script of the crimes here.
