From what I read, Bill Gates denied planning for covid19 at Event 201 so I do think you are on the right track.

We all know they are full of crap. Event 201 was exactly what it looked like. This other war gaming got some publicity when it was first discovered. Not sure what entity sponsored it. I have been doing searches, but with the throttling of search results, I don't seem to be able to find it. It was a PDF download. Damn. This has been bugging me for a couple of days trying to remember the name of it. It was posted on GW. Maybe another anon will remember.
