What a GREAT idea for a Twilight Zone type story!

A serial killer makes up his own vax formula and slaps a Pfizer label on them.
People think it's a real vaccine, so they drive up to the van.
They roll up their arms, little suspecting that the serial killer has put all sorts of poisonous things in it just for his own amusement.
And to see how long it takes them to die.

Unfortunately, it is too close to the truth.
