The argument made is that by opting into certain government programs you are simultaneously and silently consenting to provide a tax return.
So, about the same consent as the "I bought you steak" therefore consent.
It's similar but different in Canada, I've just seen/heard from those groups who legally avoid income tax, but also have seen a number follow a different approach and find themselves in prison over tax evasion.
Honestly, that's about the extent that I understand, is that they trick people into opt-in with different programs, but I just know enough where I'd likely get myself into trouble.
When you fill out a W-4 you can elect to have no federal withholding. Companies are required to have the paperwork on file but there is no law requiring withholding. That withholding is sold as a convenience so we don't actually write a check to the IRS every year. Instead they take it little by little out of every check and usually more than it should be, then we get a partial "refund" and it makes people feel warm and fuzzy.
that isn't steak
Now do vaccinations…
The Fed considers their tax, as a fee for the convenience of using their paper product over carrying "cumbersome antiquated metals."
The federal reserve note "dollar bill" is their contract, and by you signing your paycheck you thereby agree to the terms. This is why they hate any currency outside of their own because they can't tax you anymore unless you cash out in federal reserve note dollar bills, which they use for global enslavement.
There is another way however. The federal reserve note is actually a dual contract. The US Treasury is on one side and the Federal Reserve is on the other. I'm not an economics expert and cannot give you exact advice, but there is a US code for redeeming lawful money- which they cannot actually get you- voiding their own contract and the IRS has to give you entire tax return back.
I've seen pictures but I don't dare do it haha. Last I checked on that- you had to stamp your pay stubs with this verbage, "Redeemed in lawful money pursuant to title 12 U.S.C. (subsection symbol) 411. Then mail all stamped stubs to the IRS.
So it's not actually theft. We just agree to be robbed in a monopolistic currency contract with no obvious solution, so we call it theft. It's more of a scam really.
But haven't you heard of implied consent?
Legitimate representation.
Taxation without representation is theft.
The Constitution specifically states an allowance for taxation.
(I'm not referring to income tax or the illegally ratified 16th Amendment.)
I would actually consider taxation slavery more than mere theft.
