No Chernobyl happened due to a design flaw where the injectors got stuck partway and weren't able to seal or abort. This condition caused the cooling system to fail due to lack of seal which caused the runaway reaction.
Nothing to do with the nuclear reactors. Ukrainian shelling severed 3 of the 4 power lines to the Ukrainian "nation" outside of the Donbass, so the Russians shut down all power to Ukraine. A fair response, if you ask me.
This says that Chernobyl happened as a result of the USA using DEW weapons to shut down the Russian "Woodpecker" transmitters. There is a lot more besides that in this book, much more.
Have a look, its fascinating stuff but the math is far beyond me.

Thank you for clarifying
seems that the best option is to shut down the plant and re-locate the fuel down a few levels of the basement.
this will minimise the damage that the UkroNazis might cause to the plant, with their new Nato weaponry.

No. Look at "Fer De Lance" by Tom Bearden.

Bearden is full of hot air. What DEW weapons? That was my specialty for a long while. The explanation is already known.
