I'm not sure what kind of comedy you had in mind but I'd do shorter videos. 10 minutes tops. Write down a script with topics and jokes. Keep it short and spicy. That way you can see what lands and what doesn't. As a new creator, doing such long videos, you probably won't get anyone giving you the time of day. Also, since it's two of you, you really have to get a funny back and forth going. It might be easier if you take a current topic and then put that on the screen and deliver your jokes with the cameras in boxes to the side like commentary channels do it.
