One thing that always bugged me about the case was the ipod in the evidence. I want to know what was on it and what he was listening to during the event. Because he was listening to it during the event which obscured his hearing. Similar to how his helmet obscured his vision.

Also, what's on the Playlist on the iPod? What songs? I... really want to know......
