Think about it for a second. Let’s say you knew you were right about vaccines.
Each mysterious death will call up that inner voice saying it is the vaccine.
The pain will be so great for some people. We need to monitor suicide rates in the future.

What this rule refers to is the idea of getting someone to say yes to small request.

Once they get the person to say yes.
This person will keep saying yes to future request. This is to remain consistent to show we are good on our word.
