Big box stores have a lot of customers. Sheer statistics would be in favor of perverse stains of society being there too.

Can you give examples of other perpetrators offering to buy children in big box and grocery stores? It sounds to me like this guy is rather unique, and driven by a particular compulsion to do something in a particular way. I am open to hearing other examples, but this one sounds like a one-off to me.
