Pura dor original gold label anti hair thinning shampoo. Pura dor deep moisturizing Biotin Conditioner. Doesn’t create as much suds as reg shampoo. I think it helped. My friend was using Sugarbear hair gummies regularly and her hair has grown like crazy. That’s why I started using them. You need to order through the Website. Shampoo and conditioner trough Amazon. Read the reviews. Good luck.
