Why are things happening on the weekend, isn't that unusual? (Rulings, verdicts)

Why would the judge make a decision about mar a lago on a Saturday? I feel like i can take a news break on the weekend and things seem to steadily come out no matter what day it is. Is that odd?

Weekends are usually slow. That and what happens on a weekend rarely makes it into the weekday news cycle.
