If you bought a phone with YouTube pre-installed, and downloaded a copy of Rumble; this would register as a download in the Rumble category.
This count does not include current market penetration, just that more people have downloaded a recent copy of Rumble. Given the breadth of YouTube has developed over the years (replace components on your car/truck, etc) I simply don't see Rumble catching up to YouTube anytime soon.
That said, being able to find conservative videos on Rumble, well that is a separate matter. Rumble could eclipse YouTube, but it requires A LOT of work (pause, fast forward, skip, buffering, indexing to list just a few areas)

Rumble or bitchute, not sure which, has fast forward and rewind if you double tap the left or right sides of the video.
