Do you think the founders believed they created a system where every possible contingency is covered? Or better yet, would the founders ever have conceived of widespread election rigging going on for decades? The answer: nope. If you were able to ask them about this right now, I would guess that their response would be shock and surprise that the republic still exists and tyranny has not been imposed to the point where we all live like Soviet Russia.
Again, none of your arguments are substantive. They are general complaints about egregious behavior. Just because you are correct in your assessment about egregiousness does not mean it logically follows there is a lawful solution to this.
You might be surprised about "keeping the diamonds." This happens all of the time. You should read the Throckmorton case. They kept the diamonds. OJ Simpson still roams free. Why can't we try OJ again?? You don't just get to kill someone and get away with it, right? That pesky double jeopardy thing...
As to recourse...about the only thing that could happen criminally is if states started charging people. Isn't it amazing that Florida has DeSantis, Moody, and a Rep legislature, and nobody substantive has been arrested there in 2 years? If we can't get that to happen in Florida right now, that is a problem. Trump's US Attorneys could bring federal charges after the 2024 election. But that assumes that he can get his guys thru the Senate.
It is clear that SCOTUS is not an answer. Taking back control locally is the only way. Short of full on blood shed and revolt. Which nobody wants.
