If they're the doctors who pushed the clot shot, they are guilty. Either of incompetence if they legitimately didn't know or malice. If they didn't know, they are too dumb be a doctor and should have their credentials revoked. If they knew, they should criminally charged and sued into oblivion.

The doctors that knew and pushed the shot now have to either play dumb, remain "baffled" and hope for the best OR admit the truth and eventually take their medicine.
