New ballots must be printed with a section for POTUS. Brand. New. Ballots. A month before the election. All those pre printed ballots would go to waste. No “we found ballots in the closet.” It would be impossible.

All of this is unprecedented, but is is Constitutionally possible for Trump to finish the last two years of Biden's term (however that may occur) and then run again in 2024. It would be the best of all outcomes.
