I live in a very rural country are in NC, outsiders would call it redneck or hick. I don’t remember anyone dressing in the 80s pop music clothes. The boldest we got was wearing preppy kelly green & bright pink together. When I went to college at VCU in Richmond I saw a lot of that clothing. My roommate dressed like Madonna 😀

Ha Ha, people today think Crocs are amazing. They don’t compare to 80s jelly shoes. They were so comfortable.
