RT news is Russian state propaganda. Same website said the Russian flagship was fine... then it sank, said Kiev was surrounded... then it wasn't, said Mariupol would be taken in days... it took months.

Meanwhile, air raid sirens have been blaring in Kherson and on the outskirts of the city there have been sounds of battle. Russia is facing a fierce fight to hold the city.
