No no no! His two friends just happened to drop by his desk at the same time he needed to go somewhere else for paperwork, and they simply walked with him. Just one of those happy coinkydinks! And they walked him to the door because, ya know, they're best buds and all - but he walked "out of the building" alone sooooo, there was none of this 'escorted out' business. Pinky swear.
