I posted a few days ago about the COVID outbreak in my recovery community. Well, the inevitable happened and I too caught the coof.
Now that I have danced with the devil I can in all honesty say that COVID is...really not that bad (at least in my case).
Symptoms were pretty bad for like 2 days and now today they are pretty quickly disappearing: still have diarrhea and a slight headache feeling that now comes and goes, but I can now smoke full cigarettes again without feeling extra sick. Legs are still tired/sore but not a big deal and I now have my energy back.
The only treatment I used was a multivitamin yesterday and some Sierra Mist.
(Obligatory "This is not medical advice")
Now try to quit smoking. I just did during a really bad sore throat episode which Dr thinks was an ulcer on my tonsil. But I feel a lot better already.
Cigarettes are all I have to look forward to these days lol.
Same here my friend
Not to argue but the people who smoked where LESS likely to catch covid.

Yes but I mean it has other health risks is all. I'm hoping I avoided them.
Yah I agree. I would rather catch covid than smoke! What a nasty habit! and I should know.
