Being in control does not equal having broad power to do anything they want. Have you considered that if patriots did not have control things would be FAR worse? This is a silent world war were in the middle of. Yes people are suffering but thats because the fraudulent institutions and corporations that weve relied on for decades are subservient to the cabal. If patriots shut their whole network down overnight society would collapse. Their slow walk is to protect as much of earth's culture as possible.

I agree it's not clear who's in control but being in control overall doesn't mean the enemy doesn't get a say in what happens. The military could be taking away most of their options (like nuking cities or launching other military attacks on civilians) but has to allow certain things to happen, like economic issues, as they can't "plug every hole" so to speak. Also if this ends up only being temporary it may have served to wake up a lot of people
