The war on cows is a war on us. Meat consumption is correlated with reduced heart disease.

I'm a B negative I believe.
I'm a similar height and weight to you, just nearly a decade younger. I also have people believing I am younger than I am, even though my hair is thin these days.
I sometimes get a bit of psoriasis and a bit of arthritis in my previously injured joints.
My blood pressure and heart rate are low. I think I am quite lucky with my genes, apart from a bit of epilepsy and autism and autism has its uses.
B+ here. The psoriasis and arthritis may be inflammatory caused by something in your diet. Worth a look. I have arthritis from an old injury in my right knee, but that's it. And I've been blessed with a thick head of hair. And monthly I prune it back to a #1 officers cut.
Wow, it's my right knee that's totally hosed too. It's a noisy painful bag of gravel. I have a B group knee buddy now! I got a bit of arthritis in my right wrist and fingers. That's the hand with the psoriasis. The finger arthritis is psoriasis related I think.
I cut mine back to number 1 or 2.
Bet your old knee injury wasn't slamming the neck of a 28 oz Estwing framing hammer into your kneecap ; )
No, I was playing soccer on a reject team at uni when someone on my own side called Kevin kicked my knee and it bent sideways a lot, probably taking out a cruciate ligament and really tearing my cartilage. I think the tibia has rotated a bit since because the ankle is noisy too. I just went to bed for a few days expecting it to fix itself. It didn't.
Is that any more or less sensible?
