The second panel includes some alphabet soup special sauce too.

Not sure what to make of this. It seems somewhat clear that it's not aimed at adults as "comedy" like a lot of actual adult comics are.

It also isn't some family friendly, great at every age Calvin and Hobbes either.

I'm with top comment. We live in a sick world.
