Thank you for the distinction regarding Steiner (though I've yet to verify it for myself). I'd read this as a mini-manifesto by Steiner. You're saying this a warning from him if I'm understanding what you wrote.

As far as this being an allegorical reference to vaccines, I'm not sure I follow. He states "... medicine ... vaccine ... (administered at) birth ... (injected with a) substance ...". His description of the destructive effects of such actions and goals of those pushing for this do cross over into the spiritual realm. It just seems that he's describing what's happening today with biotech fairly presciently.
