If you don't believe it's possible to hide an ankle monitor with a boot, then yes I'd say your brain activity indicates coma.

Why would they need an ankle monitor, when they have chips the size of a grain rice they inject under the skin.

Secondly why do they wear this giant boot for 2 weeks, and then its off? Why, they being monitored for only a few weeks. use your fucking brain, if you have one.
