No movie. That trivializes what is going on, which is a psychopathic tyrant explaining how he will war against anyone who challenges the rigged elections that keep Democrats in power.
I am saying it is there to be seen. But the adage about leading horses to water is always applicable. It is a matter of some encouragement that the major networks took a pass on telecasting his speech, anticipating low viewership. A lot of people have "tuned out" of The Biden Show. It may be fair to say he is now talking only to his studio audience (and I would say that has been true since 2020).
