alefantis, james - CHief Arranger, most influential man in DC yet news of him has dissapperred! very cozy with Capital Police as well. Obama loves his hotdog parties organized by Alefantis. tunnels run everywhere in DC thus the location of Barrys' DC walled-in mansion, shared with Jarrett the dwarf minion of Iran. Sick, sick sick.
