The other day I wrote to @unicef.org to head honcho a chap called El Cid!

I sent lots of links and documentary re no such thing as a virus. It is human cell tissue etc

Got a reply very quickly to say kindly note the mandate of our office is to provide protection against retaliation or confidential advice and guidance on ethics-relsted matters around UNICEF

We will carefully review your message and if it is not related to our mandate you may need to direct your communication to other parties.

I was mad I hadn't included Dr David Martin's Rico case in Utah which isn't on no virus but patents etc

These charities work with governments....I gave them seven days to reply otherwise I have to go to charities commission. All charities have to have a complaints procedure publicly available.

Comments please....why wouldn't it come under their mandate?
