Both actually lol Wish we had a rally around here, but I also dont do well in very large crowds. Being very short, I get claustrophobic in large venues when they are filled with tons of people, especially if it can be a struggle to escape for a bit of a breather...and a bathroom break lol Curious about the logistics of it all.
We've been to 2 rallies, and you must go HOURS early to get in. In Pensacola (2018) we were in line for a couple of hours very orderly in "S" shaped lines outside of the airport, then buses picked us up for the short trip to the plane hangar where the rally was held. There were MANY porta-potties, food and wide assortment of TRUMP gear vendors. Take CASH because most vendors don't take cards.
In Lake Charles (2019) the rally was held in the Civic Center, so the lines were on the sidewalks outside. Again, many vendors and porta-potties, then once inside the normal bathrooms and food vendors that you'd expect in that type of venue.
At both rallies, everyone is SUPER PUMPED and excited to be there awaiting POTUS...people are happily chatting with their neighbors in line, singing to the music on the YUGE screen outside...it's the BEST Party you've ever attended!
You may NOT bring in food, purses, pocketbook, chairs, signs, etc. If you need to sit while in line, bring a cheap chair or stool because they must be left outside before you go through the Security Check, and they may not be there when you come out of the rally. You can go to DonaldJTrump.com and check under Events to see the next scheduled event and if you reserve a ticket online there for a rally, you will see prohibited items listed.
You can bring in your phone and phone battery charger. Everyone goes through Security where you empty your pockets on a table and turn your pockets inside out, then you are wanded by SECRET SERVICE.
I urge you to go and enjoy a once of a lifetime event!
Thank you for sharing some of your experiences of going to the rallies!
Maybe someday he will make it to South Dakota, or at least western IA, or Northern NE.
You could make it. While you're mulling over all the logistics and possible inconveniences, just think of the other side of the balance. Think of what you are doing, where you'll be at, and know it's worth it fren. The sacrifice is worth it. I hope you get a chance soon
I can't tell if you're complaining or if you're generally interested.

You are welcome fren! Good Luck and I don't like big crowds either, but I've never felt more safe and secure in my life!
