How is that possible, you ask? Because Robinette is the president of a British-owned corporation passing itself off as the government of a nation.
It still blows my mind how no one thought to ask "would this be an effective way to present this guy to the nation?"
Nope. These people are stupid, and the British national anthem at the end is tantamount to an admission to those of us paying attention.
