I was listening to Clif High's last video on Bitchute and he says that Republic refers to the 50 states but Democracy belongs to D.C. and US territories like Puerto Rico and Guam. https://www.bitchute.com/video/nTuQoDQt23hf/ He says it's due to a flaw in our constitution. Article 1, Section 3, Clause 17 We have two nations.
