If by based I assume you mean true Biblical teaching. I love John MacArthur as many do and also Paul Washer and M Lloyd Jones. There are many conservative, Bible preaching pastors on https://www.sermonaudio.com/main.asp as well.

If however, by based you mean political i cannot help you. Fun fact - Christ never spoke anything about politics. You do not find it in the Gospels, Acts or even from His apostles n the Epistles. Churches need to preach more about Christ and Christ alone during sermons. World needs more Christ and less politics.

When i realized the above it was revolutionary in my life.
