I thought he had crazy eyes or decorative eye contacts. Gotta be drugs to make you think $ on your eyelids are cool. I don't have tattoos because I have a skin condition that causes hives from touch & pain from stepping on normal objects like end of electrical cords, etc (dermograpism). I also have fibromyalgia even my six pound dog hurts me when he stands on my legs. I’ve always wanted a small tattoo. Some people in my family have what I consider tasteful tattoos. I believe it’s a personal choice. I do believe a person can go to far with tattoos and body piercing.
