1000mg Liposomal Vit C, more per day if needed! Had a bad time with sepsis, almost got me, was on anti biotics for nearly 2 years and it tried to start again (my spine is held together with metalwork after being injured in the Mil) eventually ditched all pharma drugs and went down the natural road, haven't been in hospital for almost 4 years! Whereas the last 20 ish years had 30+ stays in hospital, almost every 2 or 3 months!

Also use liposomal Vit B complex, Niacin, and Lugol's iodine in water.
