Here's an alternative diagnosis should you be interested. I don't think the jab is to blame.

She's in a healing phase but the antibiotics are PREVENTING it from completing itself. "Anti-Biotics (Against-Life) are destroying the very bacteria that are helping to restore her bladder/urethra to homeostasis.

If the source of her UTI is in the urethra (urethritis) or bladder (cystitis) than recurring bladder infections point to conflict relapses triggered by relapse thoughts/memories that were established when the original conflict took place which relates to a breach of her inner boundaries, her home, safe space, "nest", etc.

She should evaluate recent past situations (days/weeks prior to the first infection) that she may have felt threatened by in what she considers her "safe spaces" which is typically her home, but could also pertain to her "inner boundaries" as well that she may have felt were "invaded" by someone. Is she still dwelling on this situation or recalling it from time to time?

And lastly, dump the anti-biotics completely. They never help and only cause long-term harm. The pain, burning and discomfort when urinating should subside within a few days after the bacteria have restored her urethra/bladder back to normal functioning.
